Welcome to the leadership training course of Townsend Community Church. By working through the following PowerPoint lessons, along with the workbook exercises, you will discover all the concepts you need to be a successful church leader. There are five parts or lessons in this course, and a follow-up class. Your successful completion of the lessons and the class will certify you as a leader at Townsend Community Church and you will then be eligible to serve in a variety of leadership roles.
